Venus opposition Uranus Empty Venus opposition Uranus

Looking at today's sky… when you'd like to interpret a chart with Venus opposite Uranus, how do you go about it?

Personally, I start with these questions:

- How many oppositions are there in the chart?

- What is the shape of the chart and how dominant is this opposition? A Venus-Uranus opposition that forms the rim of a bowl is not the same as the central opposition of a see-saw, etc.

- What is the condition of Venus and Uranus in the chart? What aspects do they have (with special attention to the Sun, Moon and the ascendant and tight aspects from any planet), which houses are they in, what houses do they rule, what is going on with their rulers? How about dignities?

- How tight is the aspect, is it applying or separating?

- Are these two different from the rest of the planets in some way? Are they the only retrogrades or in that element / mode, are they the only planets in their hemisphere, etc?

- Do they participate in any major or minor planetary formations (t-square, grand trine, yod, etc)?

And you? How do you go about it?
